1. Scope
These Business Terms apply to enterprise customers engaging with Resal under a written master service agreement (MSA) or order form. Where these terms conflict with an executed MSA, the MSA controls.
Note: This is a working translation of the canonical Arabic policy. The Arabic version remains authoritative until legal counsel signs off the final English text.
2. SLA
Resal targets 99.99% platform uptime measured monthly. Service credits and remediation are detailed in your order form.
3. Data Processing Agreement
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with Saudi PDPL is available on request and forms part of every enterprise engagement. Sub-processors are listed and updated in our trust center.
4. Liability cap
Total liability under any enterprise engagement is capped at fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, IP, or gross negligence.
5. Jurisdiction
Disputes are submitted to the commercial courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
