1. Introduction
Welcome to the Resal platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, applications, and digital tools provided by Resal Technology Company ("the Company"). By using the platform you confirm you accept these Terms in full.
Note: This is a working translation of the canonical Arabic policy. The Arabic version remains authoritative until legal counsel signs off the final English text.
2. Acceptance
Accessing or using the platform constitutes implicit acceptance of these Terms and the attached Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any term, you must immediately stop using the platform.
3. Service access
Resal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform under these Terms. You are fully responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity on your account.
4. Intellectual property
Resal owns all intellectual property rights related to the platform, including trademarks, software, databases, designs, and technical documentation. This license grants you no ownership rights in the platform or its components.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not: resell, lease, or transfer access rights to third parties; attempt to breach platform systems; use the platform in activity that violates Saudi laws and regulations; collect data on other users; or post misleading, abusive, or rights-infringing content.
6. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties. Resal does not guarantee the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free. You bear full responsibility for the suitability of the platform for your needs.
7. Limitation of liability
Resal is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from use of the platform. Maximum liability is capped at the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the dispute, or SAR 5,000, whichever is lower.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the e-Commerce and Consumer Protection Laws. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh as the exclusive judicial reference.
